Thanks to Donor contributions and work of volunteers,
much progress has been made to date in the restoration of the old one-room schoolhouse!

SCHOOLHOUSE EXTERIOR UPDATES

The building has been leveled, the cedar stumps it was sitting on replaced with concrete piers, and the internal structure reinforced.
The exterior has been repaired, including replacement of the old front and rear entry porches and steps and has been repainted.

PARK CLEAN-UP FOR FIREWISE

The land plot has been “firewise” cleared of underbrush and the oak trees trimmed up.
